#03 What is the Law of Attraction

This text is a note taken from watching the YouTube video "The Law of Attraction: How Does it Work?" by Lao Gao and Xiao Mo.

Your thoughts and ideas have a direct relationship with your current and future life state.

The double-slit interference experiment can demonstrate that time does not exist, and the present can change the future and the past.

Surroundings are important; things gather together, and people separate into groups. Those who are close to vermilion become red, and those who are close to ink become black. It is a subtle influence.

What you attract depends on your true thoughts. For example, negative emotions such as anger and stress actually start from small, negative emotions and continuously attract more negative emotions, ultimately causing immense anger, immense stress, and eventually depression and illness. Having one outburst is not useful; fundamentally, it is a problem with your thoughts, and a change in thoughts is necessary.

Positive thoughts will continuously attract more positive thoughts, and your life will also become better, your body will become healthier, and those who are sick will recover. The cells in the human body completely regenerate every three months, except for brain cells. In other words, every three months, you are essentially becoming a new person. So after your thoughts change, in three months, those bad cells will be replaced, and those who are sick will recover.

The placebo effect cannot be used as medicine; it mainly affects the effectiveness of medicine, either amplifying or reducing its effects. Ultimately, the effectiveness of treatment depends on the medicine, but whether it can cure also depends on one's mood. Due to a good mood, positive and optimistic thoughts can bring about good health and a good life, so we should try to maintain a positive mindset. This positive mindset cannot be fake; it must come from deep within the heart.

In reality, any negative thoughts start from small negative emotions, and when they expand, they bring about a heap of negative emotions, making it even harder to stay calm. Distractions will attract more distractions, and worries will attract more worries.
In fact, our brain is a transmitter of brainwaves, and the world is a receiver of these brainwaves. What your brain thinks will be received by the world's television and displayed in front of you.

How to implement the Law of Attraction in three steps, with many details and key points.

  1. Set goals for yourself and assume you have achieved the desired outcome. (Goals should be as clear as possible, not vague, and you should be able to imagine the scene; goals should not be too far-fetched, and they should be believed without a doubt; do not believe that it will bring you a worse result; ignore adverbs, do not accept negative forms, and do not use negative vocabulary, use positive words)
  2. Believe that you already have it, that it has already been achieved. (Eliminate self-doubt, forget experiences that made you feel inferior; have confidence deep within your bones)
  3. Achieve results (it takes time)

Some key points:
Train yourself to immediately shift your attention.
Do not think too far ahead.
Visualize and make your goals concrete.
Take practical action (avoid indecisiveness).
Satisfy your current life and attract satisfaction.

Gratitude is very positive; it can attract various positive things. Remember to be grateful for everything around you.
